Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Acuna platform or website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Platform

Acuna is provided for legitimate business compliance and GRC purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service.

Access Program

Access participants receive pre-release features subject to change. Acuna reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue access at any time. No commercial commitments arise from participation.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on the Acuna platform is the intellectual property of Abilene Group SA. No license is granted beyond the right to use the service as intended.

Limitation of Liability

Acuna is provided on an as-is basis. Abilene Group SA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Data Processing

Personal data submitted through Acuna is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Swiss and EU data protection law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
